I sit here at Port Campbell and can't believe that I am here. I have waited for this day for ages and worked so hard to get here. Today I got my "groove". I can ride with the girls! I can't thank you amazing chicks enough for all the kind words of encouragement and support. I couldn't have done it without you. M&M you are both my heroes. Without you two we all wouldn't be here. Many, many thanks forever and a day.

P.S. Thanks Bill for all your support. You always said I could do anything I put my mind to. Love you all.

I am really missing my boys Billy and Alex. I wish you were here. Mummy loves you more!

Port Campbell has been wonderful - the sea pounds in to this little bay with such force it reminds me how strong nature is and we are just as strong as we ride this amazing journey.

My love to all the MBT girls and Ruthie - thanks for your blogs! Love also to my other AHT girls from '06. I think of you daily and carry you along.

Lastly, to my family - you are so important to me and I thank you so much for your love and support. I really need to do this - it does my heart good.

Chris Beecham I miss you next to me.

Love Donie

P.S. Happy Birthday to Rosemary and I do hope the operation goes well for Edith ('06 van).

It is amazing the challenges I have faced already. Flipper has helped me realize what I thought I could not do, I can. It's that I actually just choose not to. The movies that I have run through my mind have shocked me. I didn't realize how many things you 'should not see' that I have seen and are planted in my mind. With realization comes release. Today I hopped back on a bike (pillion) after many years after a bad accident. I felt sick at first but after a while remembered the calmness that I once felt on a bike. Sharon

(Shaza) is a beautiful person and made me feel extremely safe. I know I have a long way to go but I'm now enjoying the journey.

To all my family, friends and Amazons - what an amazing trip. Third time around but M&M have taken to on some amazing places I didn't even know existed in my own back yard. I've tried to be a good Aussie, but that lasted a day and yes I have lead all the girls astray and Stacy they love a cleansing ale.

I was privileged to be the sweep on this ride and what a sight. I get to see all the girls sweep the bends and climb the hills. All I can say is what a great bunch of Amazons.

Cheers and all my love,

Melbourne Donna, Sweep and Bad Aussie

Cape Bridgewater on Sunday night was a pearl - a really special night with my Amazon sisters and Dennis, Dave, John and Vinnie - you guys rock! Cape Bridgewater to Robe was yucky! Rained all day - cold to the bone. A cheer went up when we spotted the "heated pool and spa" sign at the Robe Motor Inn! Turns out we shared the motel with a car thief - on the run in a stolen silver Mercedes. He overtook our convoy at speed just outside Kingston with police in hot pursuit. Gave us all a hell of a fright.

Rode past Lake Alexandria which had water in it - very different from the salt flats when M&M traveled through in March. Saw unbelievable pink salt flats further on - quite a sight.

In Strathalbyn for tonight, overcast and cold - can't believe it is really November. Mum & Dad - I'm really close now! See you tomorrow night. Mum - this one's for you, so proud of the way you have handled the past 6 months.

Love to my Brissy family and hi to my mates at ATO-UMG. Thanks for the messages Lynne!

Love & hugs, Lizzie

Finally here at Strathalbyn after a chilly ride from Robe - but a good one nontheless. "Coorong mullet and cappuccino was b.dy beautiful" (according to Sharon). I had the toasted ham and tomato.

The adventure continues - the accommodation has been great - heated pool yesterday and spa tonight! Fantastic - Tim that's next on the agenda - a spa! Am having a great time getting to know all these great women - to all the spouses, partners, kids - thanks for releasing them to do this ride and enriching my life.

Suz

P.S. Alison I am so sorry I missed you "by that much"! Looking forward to our ride in November! Love to all my family and Amazon sisters - 2007 UK and 2005 Australia

Here I am number six Amazon Heart event. Sitting here at dinner at the Victoria Hotel, Strathalbyn, South Australia. I'm laughing with my good friends from AHT 2005 and AHT 2006 and my new friends 2007. I found my mojo with my bike and riding today - took a bit. Great day as we set off from Robe. Sun shining, open countryside, everyone riding beautifully, pretty countryside. Had a magic moment with Peri and Mee Yee at 7:15 am at Cape Bridgewater when we took a rubber ducky ride out to see the seals.

Absolutely amazing. The Great Ocean Road was an awesome ride. Hello to my beautiful family, hubby Dave and gorgeous sons Dylan and Liam. Miss you. Xxx

Hey Lynda here a.k.a. Shozza. Another day of work shopping in the WAH WAH Sistahood Van. What an amazing journey I've been having so far, sooo different from 2005. I am so different from that ride to this. Amazing women, fantastic views - Ahhh this is the life. To my boys Bryce and Mitch I miss you and I hope you are keeping the house tidy!!! And yes Mitch, I have bought you a pressie. To my family and friends if it wasn't for you all I would not have been able to be here. To all my Amazon Sisters I love you all.

It's so nice to be on this ride, but not as nice as seeing the loving face of my mother "Poss" this afternoon. I've always known that I was blessed by the Universe with the most amazing woman for a mother and this trip only reinforces that feeling.

Tonight I was very honored to have connected and roomed with our esteemed and wise guest Mee Yee. She is a beautiful soul and I am lucky to call her a friend. I also feel privileged to have met Meredith and Megan, Marie, Don and all the others I've met along this journey. To hear people's stories when I go collecting money for Amazon Heart makes me truly humble.

To my Farkin' Forrester family, I love and miss you beyond words and am so thankful for your support without which I wouldn't be here.

To all my friends and those who donated towards this trip I send thanks and a positive spell to you. Friday night is a full moon, so I will be looking at it with my love for you all at 10pm. No matter how far apart we are, we can still see the moon together!

Love, Tanya xxx
